These terms apply when you use BookTicketsHub.com, operated by BOOKTICKETS LLC, 13201 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY 11354. By booking, you agree to them.

Our service

BOOKTICKETS LLC is an independent travel agency. On this website you can search live airline fares, book a flight and pay online. Tickets are issued by the airline through our airline-connectivity and ticketing partner. Our support team helps with bookings made on BookTicketsHub.

We are not an airline, do not operate aircraft, and do not control airline schedules, fares, seat availability, fare rules or baggage allowances. Your travel is subject to the operating airline's conditions of carriage.

Prices & fees

• Every price shown is the total for all travelers in the search and includes the airline fare, taxes, airline fees, our $25.00 service fee per booking and a payment processing fee of 2.9% of the total.
• The total is broken down before you pay and is the amount charged. There are no other BookTicketsHub charges.
• Fares are set by airlines and can change until payment is completed. The total on the payment page is the amount charged.
• Our service fee and the payment processing fee are non-refundable once the ticket is issued, except where the law requires a refund. If we can't issue your ticket after payment, everything you paid is refunded.

Payment

Payment is processed by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a debit/credit card through PayPal's checkout. We don't see or store your full card number. The charge appears once, in the currency shown at checkout.

Baggage

The booking form shows the carry-on and checked bags included in your fare before you pay. Additional airline fees for baggage may apply. Extra bags are not sold on BookTicketsHub; you buy them from the airline after booking using your airline booking reference. See the baggage guide.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Changes, cancellations, credits and refunds follow the fare rules of your ticket, shown before you pay, and the U.S. DOT 24-hour cancellation rule where it applies. Contact BookTicketsHub support to make a request; we submit it to the airline. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for entering names exactly as on each passport or ID, and for having valid passports, visas, transit permissions, health documents and entry requirements. BOOKTICKETS LLC is not liable for denied boarding or denied entry caused by incorrect traveler information or missing documents.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage handling, equipment changes, denied boarding decisions or the insolvency of an airline. Your rights against the airline under its conditions of carriage and applicable law are not affected. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to BOOKTICKETS LLC for the booking at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queens County, New York.
