01. Scope of Consultancy

BOOKTICKETS LLC operates as an independent travel consultancy and booking-assistance service. Our services may include:

• Fare research and comparison of available airline or authorized-provider options.
• Itinerary review, route planning, and explanation of fare rules.
• Booking assistance through airlines directly, host agencies, consolidators, or other authorized booking providers where applicable.

Note: We are not an airline, do not operate aircraft, and do not control airline schedules, fares, seat availability, ticket rules, or baggage policies. All travel is subject to the operating carrier’s Contract of Carriage and/or the authorized booking provider’s terms.

02. Professional Service Fees

BOOKTICKETS LLC may charge a professional service fee for consultation, fare research, itinerary planning, route review, booking assistance, and post-booking support.

• Service fees are generally non-refundable once the planning, consultation, or booking-assistance service has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
• This fee is separate from airline fares, taxes, baggage charges, exchange fees, cancellation fees, and other provider-imposed charges.
• All agency service fees are disclosed before you authorize payment or confirm service engagement.

03. Fare Accuracy & Dynamic Pricing

Airfares are dynamic and controlled by airlines or authorized booking providers. We cannot guarantee any fare, schedule, seat, baggage allowance, or ticket rule until the booking is finalized and ticketed by the airline or authorized provider. Fares and availability may change without notice.

04. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All flight changes, cancellations, credits, and refund requests are governed by the fare rules of the specific ticket purchased and by the airline or authorized booking provider that issues or services the ticket.

• Airline/Provider Fees: Airlines or providers may charge change, cancellation, fare-difference, baggage, seat-selection, or other service fees.
• Consumer Rules: We assist customers in reviewing airline policies and applicable consumer-protection requirements where relevant.
• Agency Assistance: We can help submit or coordinate requests, but approval, timing, fees, credits, and refunds remain subject to the airline or authorized booking provider.

05. Traveler Responsibilities

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all names, dates, destinations, passport details, visas, transit permissions, health documents, and entry requirements are accurate and valid before booking and travel. BOOKTICKETS LLC is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruption caused by incorrect traveler information or insufficient documentation.

06. Limitation of Liability

BOOKTICKETS LLC is an independent travel consultancy and booking-assistance service. We are not an airline and do not act as an employee, official representative, or exclusive agent of any airline. We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage issues, equipment changes, denied boarding decisions, provider errors, or financial insolvency of any airline or travel provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the professional service fee paid directly to BOOKTICKETS LLC for the specific service at issue.

07. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved within the courts of Queens County, New York.
