01. Scope of Consultancy

BookTicketsHub LLC operates as a travel consultancy and advisory firm. Our services include:

• Market research to identify competitive flight fares.
• Itinerary optimization and route planning.
• Facilitation of bookings via authorized airline platforms.

Note: We are not an airline. All travel is subject to the operating carrier’s Contract of Carriage.

02. Professional Service Fees

Our agency charges a professional service fee for our expertise and time spent in fare discovery and itinerary planning.

• Service fees are non-refundable once the planning/consultation has been delivered.
• This fee is separate from the airline ticket price paid to the carrier.
• All fees are disclosed upfront prior to any service engagement.

03. Fare Accuracy & Dynamic Pricing

Airfares are highly dynamic and controlled solely by airlines. While we use advanced research tools to find budget-friendly options, we cannot guarantee a fare until a booking is finalized and ticketed by the carrier. Fares are subject to change without notice due to airline inventory updates.

04. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All flight changes, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by the rules of the specific airline ticket purchased.

• Airline Fees: Carriers may charge significant fees for changes or cancellations.
• DOT Regulations: We assist clients in understanding their rights under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) consumer protection rules.
• Agency Assistance: While we advocate for our clients, the ultimate decision on refunds rests with the airline.

05. Traveler Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications required by the destination country. BookTicketsHub LLC is not liable for travel denials resulting from insufficient documentation.

06. Limitation of Liability

BookTicketsHub LLC acts as an agent for airlines and third-party travel providers. We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, equipment failures, or financial insolvency of any carrier. Our maximum liability is limited to the professional service fee paid directly to our agency.

07. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved within the courts of Queens County, New York.
