Independent travel agency disclosure

Independent travel agency

BOOKTICKETS LLC operates BookTicketsHub.com, an online flight booking service. You can search live fares, book and pay on this website, and get help from our own support team. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, employed by, or acting as the representative of any airline. Airline names and logos appear on search results only to identify the airline operating each flight; all trademarks belong to their owners.

We are not an airline

We do not operate aircraft or control airline schedules, fares, seat availability, baggage allowances or fare rules. Tickets are issued by the airline through our airline-connectivity and ticketing partner. Your travel is subject to the operating airline's conditions of carriage.

Our phone line and email are BookTicketsHub customer support, not an airline help desk. We help with bookings made on BookTicketsHub.

How our prices work

Every flight price shown on this website — on search results, the review page, checkout and payment — is the total price for all travelers and includes:

• the airline fare, government taxes and airline-imposed fees;
• our service fee of $25.00 per booking; and
• a payment processing fee of 2.9% of the total.

The total is broken down line by line before you pay, and it is exactly what we charge. Prices are live airline fares and can change until you complete payment; the total on the payment page is the amount charged. We do not guarantee the lowest available fare.

Prices do not include optional extras you choose to buy later from the airline, such as extra bags or seat selection.

Baggage

The booking form shows the carry-on and checked bags your fare includes, before you pay. Additional airline fees for baggage may apply. Extra bags are bought from the airline after booking, using your airline booking reference. See our baggage guide.

Customer support

For bookings made on BookTicketsHub, our team can help with cancellations, changes, refund requests and questions. The airline decides whether a change or refund is allowed and what it costs, under the fare rules shown before you paid. See our refund & cancellation policy.
