Is BookTicketsHub an airline?
No. BookTicketsHub.com is operated by BOOKTICKETS LLC, an independent travel agency in Flushing, New York. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by any airline. Our phone line and email are BookTicketsHub customer support, not an airline help desk.
Can I book online, or do I have to call?
You can search, book and pay entirely online. Calling is optional — our support team is there if you have questions or a complicated trip.

Prices & payment
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Every price on search results, the review page and checkout is the total for all travelers and includes the airline fare, taxes, airline fees, our $25.00 service fee per booking and a payment processing fee of 2.9% of the total. It is shown line by line before you pay.
Can you show an example?
An airline fare of $500.00 (including taxes and airline fees) + our $25.00 service fee + $15.68 payment processing = $540.68 total. That total is the price shown on the fare and the amount charged.
How can I pay?
Through PayPal's secure checkout, using your PayPal balance or a debit or credit card. We do not see or store your full card number.
Do you guarantee the lowest fare?
No. We show live airline fares, but we do not guarantee the lowest available fare. Fares can change until payment is completed.
Baggage
How do I know which bags are included?
They are shown on the booking form, per flight and per traveler, before you pay, and again on your confirmation page and confirmation email.
Can I add extra bags when I book?
Extra bags are not sold on BookTicketsHub. After booking, add them with the airline using your airline booking reference and last name — in Manage booking on the airline's website or app (usually cheapest), at online check-in, or at the airport counter (usually most expensive). Additional airline fees for baggage may apply.
Do you charge for baggage?
No. Baggage fees are set and charged by the airline. Our total never includes baggage you buy later from the airline.
Changes, cancellations & support
Can I cancel within 24 hours?
If you booked at least 7 days before departure, you can ask us to cancel within 24 hours of booking for a refund of the airline fare under U.S. DOT rules. Contact us right away.
Can I change or cancel later?
It depends on the fare rules shown before you paid. Contact BookTicketsHub support with your booking reference; we confirm what your fare allows and any airline fee before submitting the request to the airline.
Is your service fee refundable?
Our $25.00 service fee and the payment processing fee are non-refundable once your ticket is issued, except where the law requires a refund. If we can't issue your ticket after you pay, everything is refunded.
What if the airline cancels my flight?
Contact us. If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight to, from or within the U.S. and you don't accept the alternative, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket under DOT rules. We'll request it for you or help you rebook.
