Q. How does the booking process work?
A. We review available airline and authorized booking options sourced through our flight data and ticketing partners, explain route choices, fare rules, taxes, fees, and any agency service fee. After you approve the final itinerary and total charges, ticketing is completed by the airline or authorized booking provider.
Q. Do you charge service fees?
A. Yes. BOOKTICKETS LLC may charge a professional service fee for consultation, itinerary planning, route review, and booking assistance. Any service fee is disclosed before you authorize payment and is separate from airline fares, taxes, and provider charges.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Payment is collected securely through PayPal at checkout. We do not see or store your card or PayPal login details.

Q. Can I change or cancel my flight?
A. Change and cancellation options are governed by the airline fare rules and/or the authorized booking provider's terms. Our consultants can help explain the applicable rules and assist with requests, but approval, fees, credits, and refunds remain subject to the airline or provider. Q. Do you guarantee the lowest fare?
A. No. We research fares across our flight data and ticketing partners to help you compare options, but we do not guarantee the lowest available fare. Fares change based on availability and are confirmed only at the time of booking.
