No. BookTicketsHub.com is operated by BOOKTICKETS LLC, an independent travel agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by any airline. Tickets are issued by the airline through our ticketing partner, and our phone line is BookTicketsHub customer support — not an airline help desk.
Yes. Every fare shows the total for all travelers: airline fare, taxes, airline fees, our $25.00 service fee per booking and a 2.9% payment processing fee. Checkout breaks it down line by line, and that total is what you are charged.
The carry-on and checked bags included in your fare are shown on the booking form, before you pay. Additional airline fees for baggage may apply. Extra bags are not sold on our site — you add them with the airline after booking, using your airline booking reference, in Manage booking, at online check-in, or at the airport counter.

The refund and change rules for your exact fare are shown before you pay. If you book at least 7 days before departure, you can ask us to cancel within 24 hours for a refund of the airline fare under U.S. DOT rules. For anything else, contact BookTicketsHub support and we'll submit the request to the airline.
